when we plugin charging pin into charging jack of Nokia 110 and it do not shows any thing it can be fault of missing track or parts in it and can be fault of charging base.While if it shows not charging then it can be reason of water damages or low volt.so here is a diagram to help you to understand charging parts and there tracks.
